Circulating wateruse is a closed loop water system consisting of a water supply and drainage system in a factory, workshop or section. The waste water generated in the system will be reused after proper treatment, without adding or supplying a small amount of fresh water without discharging or discharging wastewater.
In the process of cooling production equipment and products, the water temperature rises and its chemical properties change little, but the cooling water is used for a long time after cooling water, and some solute concentration, dust accumulation and microorganism grow in water can cause the deposition of dirt in the equipment pipe or corrosion of the pipe of metal equipment. It can ensure the normal operation of the circulating water system by stabilizing the water quality.
The system of circulating water is usually composed of the following parts:
(1) heat exchanger in the process of production;
(2) cooling tower or cooling pool;
(3) circulating water pump and collecting pool.
With the shortage of water resources, it is a trend for future industrial development to use circulating cooling water system instead of direct current cooling water (once water) system to gradually realize closed circulation cooling water and continuously improve the reuse rate of water. The recycling of industrial wastewater, the treatment of water quality is more complex, the need to use special treatment process, treatment cost is higher, not as good as cooling water recycling.
